Sunny sauna, hungover in Barking
The idea of cocooning inside is a bit mad, when the weather is this nice (sunny but crisp + cold)

Rung ahead to check I could come, she turned the sauna on just for me.

A snack wouldn't go amiss - boiled eggs, sausages. Simple. no hot meals. tomatoes for vegans. grow em in a green house
